Even though the practice is open 4 days, the ducted air conditioner is programmed to run for 5 hours on the off days to keep the practice cool. This power cost saving equates to $30/m2 for the 200m2 space.

Plenty of parking is available with easy wheelchair access. The practice is situated within walking distance of a large shopping centre featuring long-established retail shops offering all major brands.
